Rates

Our rate is $180 per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights plus a one off cleaning fee of $50 which goes directly to our cleaner. This includes sole use of the property, all linen, a fully stocked pantry and a welcome pack of goodies for you to enjoy during your stay.

The rate during the Tamworth Country Music Festival (14-23 January 2022) is $2,000 per week inclusive of cleaning fee. Longer stay rates available by negotiation.
